I find your lack of pop-up blockers disturbing.

CompuServe techs. We don't need their scum.

I lost my bandwidth. I can't stay with you

"Sir, our phishing software has gotten some rebel credit card numbers"
"Good, our first catch of the day."

and Dozer pads. Sweet Dozer pads.

Sure. The day old chicken was a little dry. The gravy helped a little. C-

"You're an evil genius. Next time I wanna hurt someone, I'm coming straight to you."
"Aw. That's the nicest thing you've ever said to me."

I agree, although I did like Terry's rant about being objectified. And at least at that point he just had a gut and wasn't completely suited up.

Up-voted for high groan level. OK, it was actually clever.

I remember seeing it in older shows like Adam-12, but I think you're right in that Hill Street Blues pretty much codified it.

Your ideas are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

It was mentioned just enough with the sticker line. The idea that Amy would try to cheer Jake up with a sticker is so charming.

I liked that part of it, but I also saw it as a bit of a joke about how people in TV shows are rarely seen putting money on the bar or asking for a check and just run off after a phone call or whatever.

Misdemeanors, wieners.
Congratulations! You just called yourself wieners. Dismissed.

What timing. As the episode went on, I was getting the feeling that we've gotten about as much of the Vulture and Wunch as the show could take before it just got plain dull and then BAM, reset button. Thank goodness. I also kind of like how every Captain entrance has to be a dramatic elevator door opening reveal.

Yes, that was about as random as it could get.

While I agree that Keenan doesn't to a technically good Steve Harvey, I do think that what he did worked in the context of the sketch, and he did have a little bit of Harvey going in the general tone of some of his comments.

I agree. It's amazing that no one ever thought of that before with a Family Feud sketch.

"California: Come for the drought, stay for the burning forest full of murderers."

I do like The Muppets, but I agree with you, it feels like it's going to be one and done. (I hope I'm wrong.)
