Sorry, I couldn't resist. I loved this finale because I think it leaves room for the show to go to new and better places next season. And with Carver coming back.. it's going to be a long wait 'til October.

I don't see the point in having Bobby hang around, either. I mean other than some extra pain for the boys to deal with. And I believe they'd have him stick around just for that. Or it could also have been an attempt at adding more tension to the second half of the season, which didn't work at all.

I hope, for once, they drag it out for a bit and delay a reunion. There are so many possibilities for what could happen in Purgatory and I'd like to see some of it.
