The reviewer is completely right, Jessica is severely underused this season.
If anything, they could have had her joining in the search for Bill seeing as how she could have probably sensed out his location.
This would have been a much better alternative to keeping her stuck in Bon Temps doing nothing.

Her name was Claudine, by the way.
I might be in the minority here but I'm going to miss Lorena. I found her to be quite amusing not to mention well dressed.

I'd think it would be difficult for Tommy to compete in real dog fights because if he were injured wouldn't he shift back? I think you're probably right and that he's involved in some sort of shifter fighting.

C'mon, you're right. I guess I wanted some sort of signal that she was taking all of this information in.
But it is a lot to take in and in such a short amount of time.

There's news clippings from throughout her childhood and pictures taken of her through the bushes.

Well nothing's really changed in her pregnancy since we first found out about it. There was a good bit of discussion about it after that episode aired.

Ah, that's a good point.

I suspected something more sinister than dog fighting.

So…
I felt really bad for Sookie when Russell told her she didn't know anything. For some reason I thought that might be a turn around moment for Sookie's character, but no.

I sincerely hope Bill being in the sun is not related to drinking large amounts of Sookie's blood. It's a little too Twilight-y for my taste.

Russell's disdain for the Magister made me think that there was only one for the entire US.

I'd love to see Tommy and Hoyt fight over Jessica. The verbal throwdown would be pretty comical, I'm guessing.

realmike, you do realize this show is based on a fantasy/romance series, correct?

Yeah, he sensed her last week.

I think the facial hair looks good on him. Not everyone can pull it off, but he does.

Yeah, that made no sense to me. He should have been able to sense her and go to her himself without having to ask for directions.

Yes! I noticed that, too.

fantastic
This episode was the big turn around for me. I had started to really worry about this season, mostly because many of the subplots were boring the hell out of me.
But tonight I felt like it all started to come together.
Franklin was hilarious as was The King and Coot.
I even found the Bon Temps storyline

Silver hurts, but not that much.
The doors look easier to close than to open.

Blurry, I would think the exact opposite.
That someone in a position that powerful could stand to be a little sloppy or get his hands a little dirty. After all, he's got the money, the power and the influence to have his messes cleaned up for him.
Just guessing.
