I sympathize with Yo-Yo's position - I do. But speaking as a father of a young daughter I completely get why Mack wanted and needed to stay. And I can guarantee you that if Daisy or Yo-Yo or anyone else forcibly pulled him out of there any friendship or love between them would not survive.
