Since we're talking Hitman, my game-breaking bug was right at the lab in that game. I was having a great time both getting through on professional and then going back to get all the different ways to kill targets and complete missions, plus evidence, etc. Then I was loading at the laboratory and the game crashed. I

Hmmm, neither have I. I'm thinking maybe he meant Mos Def 'Sunshine' which Kanye produced.

You should listen to "Hell's Winter" by Cage which was exec produced by El-P. It's not entirely fair to either MC, but I kind of think it's the masterpiece that Eminem never made.

Co-sign on Black Dogs. There's an existential terror to that one that I just couldn't shake.

The idea of doing double pullbacks backwards down a set of stairs, in rhythm no less, terrifies me. I don't even want to walk backwards down the stairs.

I go back and forth between a few on my favorite - 'How Many Mics', 'Fu-gee-la', or 'The Score'.  But yeah, every verse of hers on that album is incredible.

Definitely check out 'Misterioso' on Sonny Rollins Vol. 2 if you haven't yet, as well.  They perform it as a sextet with both Horace Silver & Monk playing piano.  It's fantastic.

No, you're on point.  Fosse was often a terrible person, but he never did anything on Polanski's level (I'm not as familiar with Naipul).  I think it says something that the two women closest two him (Gwen & Ann Reinking) spent a considerable amount of time after his death carrying on his legacy.

Seconded - I know these aren't the most commented articles (and I'm guilty of not participating much), but I'm really glad they're here and I know I'll be back for next season.

Somewhere in my parents basement I still have tapes of the last 12 hours of WAVA, up until the second it went off the air.

'Still Standing' is extremely solid though.  Not 'Soul Food', but 'The Experience', 'Black Ice' and the title track alone are more than worth it.

I saw it in NYC last year and it was fantastic.  Even more than just being able to see the dancers up close, they do a really good job of segueing one number into to the next so you mostly get 2 solid hours of dance.  There's a minimum of fluff as well (shockingly) and also a small amount of original choreography in

Glitchy broadcast, yes. Pithy comments, no.

I'm with you though, and Neal kinda is my favorite character. A small Jewish kid obsessed with the Marx brothers is pretty much me.

It just absolutely hit my like a tons of bricks when I saw it.  I remember it being so funny, so enjoyable, and then suddenly I was sobbing.

No, but have you read the worst George Will column? DEMON DENIM!

No, I think that guy was in the red shirt on the right (stage left) when they brought up the 5 ballroom guys near the end.  I believe he's still in.

It has a fantastic live version of 'Ain't it Funky Now/Brother Rapp', but I think that's it.

It's not a choice like my diet, it's a necessity like my drinking.

Yeah, thirded on Schoolboy being the weakest of the three, but it's definitely worth it to get to Smiley's People.  I still consider "The Spy Who Came in From the Cold' to be pretty much a perfect book.  It doesn't have the extraordinary breadth of 'A Perfect Spy' but I still consider it his best.
