What I didn't understand was if House is going to jail for 6 months, why doesn't he just do it, and Wilson, being his friend, start chemo for at least like a month or two or something, and then stop? I know Wilson doesn't want to do chemo, but wouldn't that be a more rational option than House faking his death?
