this is nitpicking to the absurd, but I find the Buckner uniforms really confusing, they're all different colours, some wear sport jackets and others sweatshirts, and I think there was even a leather jacket with a Buckner crest once. 
It's completely unimportant to the story but it keeps catching my eye

The beats exchanged between the therapist and Jason Isaacs in that scene are what make me really hopeful that this show won't just end up as a procedural as the review seems to be pointing towards.
