and hopefully it's not getting shopped to MTV and the like - considering what happened with Skins, it doesn't bode well.

Crazy and disjointed as this episode is, I still appreciate that the show can take leaps and bounds out of nowhere, like a guy that controls lactose being a rampaging murderer with it making sense within the show and being awesome.

if it weren't for the Christmas special, I might agree. But spoiler? that episode was incredibly saccharine and seemed to wrap everything in a neat little bow

"How did Vera know about Mary and the Turk, anyway?"

I thought the problem wih the ring was that it compensated for the fact that a supernatural had killed him but tht he still spewed up blood because the way he had been killed was not supernatural. But reading other comments about it here does make it seem like that might not be the case.

Was Conrad's lawyer Francie from Alias? If so, yay for her return

I like it in that it can change according to context. Here, it's a euphemism for incest. And in a show where there's a weird subtext of vampires and mind-readers, it can mean something else. Changeable and practical

isn't it super awkward, though? I don't see it… at all. Like David says, it came out of left field

so close to the 10000 TVDW foresaw!

the comic-drawing guy is the one that stole the purse, so when he's introduced and tells that story, everyone else laughs at him except Simon, so the other guy gets obsessed or something.

Even though the "camera lingered ominously" on Peter pretty early on, I did appreciate that they introduced him almost as a copy of earlier-seasons Simon, what with stealing a girl's purse so he could talk to her and pretend that he rescued it. It made his obsession with superpower Simon more believable.

spoilers?

*spoilers*

but are you actually in US territory? Cause when I try to use Hulu with Hotspot Shield, it doesn't really work.

Definite google translate. It nakes very little sense to me and my native language is Spanish

Especially after getting a look at that picture Posted in the review

I hope the therapist call-out means we get a Gabriel Byrne as guest star episode

"I fully expect you guys to get this one to 10,000 comments"
Challenge. accepted

Todd's caption about this being the most popular show with college-aged women makes me want to stop watching just to avoid helping that statistic grow. Also, this show just keeps getting more ridiculous and not in the so-bad-it's-watchable way

Agreed. I found their dynamic really entertaining, but most of all legitimate, especially when Dallas was "learning" from Tessa while in NYC
