I've had threading done as well, but the brow bar where I've had the tweezing done is far more meticulous.  (i have weird eyebrows/but not a unibrow)

Oh no!  That's the worst feeling.  I've gotten it down to a science: nothing more than 200 calories and nothing fatty (even if it's good fat!) less than 2 hours before a run.  Ideally, a Greek yogurt with honey and an apple 2-3 hours before and I am spot on.

Hot/humid running is awful.  Everything I've ever read about says it takes two weeks to get used to it.  I call shenanigans on that.  There's a reason my pace is 45 seconds to a full minute plus faster in the winter/late fall.  I hate the cold, but man do I ever fly when the temps start dropping below 55.

They don't, but they really should.

^^^ Agree.  If they're made poorly, they are one of the absolute worst cocktails ever.
