24 may have been ruthless about only bringing in characters when they were absolutely needed, but Homeland has shown itself time and time again to be unwilling to get rid of any character, no matter how awkward it is to fit them in.

I've noticed it's gotten to the point where the media is such an all-encompassing boogeyman there is literally nothing that can happen they won't get blamed for. Screaming about how you hate the media isn't the positive contribution you think it is guys, you're just adding to the general toxic dialogue.

They added the Portal voice probably thinking "man, we should really put something in this movie about giant robots fighting monsters in the future that will appeal to nerds."

Look Kumagoro, you're gonna have to accept that other people aren't gonna try as incredibly hard as you to like the show. I'm sure if you pretend all the shit parts didn't happen and you tell yourself the show is really only about the 15 good minutes an episode and none of the crap matters it's still brilliant. But

Assuming that's you in the video rather than you just directed it, you know Whit Stillman is making movies again? You should seriously look into getting all those roles Chris Eigeman has aged out of. You're an uncanny voice doppelganger.

Aww, I thought he was gonna say something cranky about how he's so disappointed in Obama for not ending the drug war and what's the point of voting anyway and I had a snarky comment about how after he made Treme he should know all about disappointing people all ready to go. What a waste.
