But this is an actual silent movie, isn't it? That's way too arty and pretentious to win an Oscar.

Yeah, one day there's gonna be a newswire post that starts off about Charlie Sheen but at the end turns into O'Neal's suicide note. With a picture of his face and the word NO photoshopped over it.

That just makes it worse. At least the First had the being incorporeal excuse, Angelus just comes off as super lazy.

Never noticed the connection between the second coming of Angelus and the First till I read these side by side. They're both all talk.

And to think, people were worried the comments section was going to turn into a big circle jerk with everyone telling us about their day. I'm so glad that's clearly not happening!

Did you ever think that maybe Kes is a great movie (it is) and the reason you didn't like it was cause you couldn't look past your own political blinders, not the other way round? Kes isn't even that political.

I've noticed the tv club reviews tend to be very critical of shows when they're starting, and once a consensus forms that they're good, they become very uncritical, even when the show's making obvious mistakes. Like the way Breaking Bad and Louie can never have a bad episode, no matter what they do.

That's a little mean to the girl. Though I've watched at least 10 Derrick Comedy sketches and I don't remember seeing her at all.

Or John Cusack in anything.

I'm always amazed at these commenters who muster such anger at a limited release indie movie they're never gonna see.

Joseph Gordon Levitt in 500 Days of Summer has to be one.

Just read the book. It's good.

How I know Dbag's ex-girlfriend story is a lie: no one is "really into" Third Eye Blind.

Is it not possible these are just the things people like?
