what i dont understand is how a 10 year old boy gets locked up for shooting his father, after it's very clear to everyone involved what the kids just went through. even if they believed he shot the dad, the sequence of events (even by the doctors telling) puts him under duress the whole time.

i keep hearing the words "exploitative" and "fetish video" when ppl talk about this movie, which really confuses me. the deathmatch genre has been around for a long time, how was this any different from all the movies where it's males being forced to fight?
