Chuck doesn't know how to win, he's too greedy. He had a check for $1.9 Billion and walked away from it.
BTW, why does the reviewer think he won't be around for Season 2? Is AV Club walking away?

Well obviously the readers are much more in tune than the reviewer! I personally thought this episode was the best so far this season. More characters and compelling story lines. Yes, the next door neighbor is depressing but it also showed an effect on Bill which had not seen before. I think the review is way off…
