I had completely forgotten the plot of that book even though I only read it 8 months ago. It is literary cotton candy.

Nor sloth debauching.
I'd love to see a sequel or followup to Master and Commander. There are a ton of books in the series so there is no shortage of material. I thought they nailed the tone of the books with the movie and the chemistry between Crowe and Bettany was top notch.
I think we're coming to a weird time in popular music criticism. There has been so much hate on Nickelback for so long that it has come full circle and people are now almost defending them. I still don't think that these people like them (they've probably realized that the band is easy enough to avoid if you want to).…
Yeah. The best of these give some interesting insight into why they dislike a song or at least an anecdote about how someone in the hated band is a dick. This has none of that and I could have gotten this level of discourse in a reddit post about Nickelback.
A couple of tattoos on the side are just the thing to draw attention away from my fucking anaconda of a neck.
I think there is enough ambiguity built in to appease people who think Walt set everybody up for life in his absence. Lydia could get medical assistance and send someone to kill his family, Jesse could careen off the road or get t-boned by a cop car during his escape. Gretchen and Elliot could still walk off with his…
The Day That Never Comes has a poor man's One thing going. All Nightmare Long is pretty solid but outstays its welcome by about 2 minutes. There are a smattering of great riffs but all in all it needs an editor. A step in the right direction though.
Dexter is a litany of fucks and it is absolutely terrible. I'm ok with a censored but amazing Breaking Bad.
You don't think that Cyrus' latest moves are as calculated by her industry handlers as they are herself? She does as she is told to move units.
Interesting. I was watching Portlandia season 3 on Netflix last night and although it was decent I was also wondering why the hell I didn't just break out the Mr Show DVDs instead.
I had a teacher that used Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For to illustrate imagery (or symbolism maybe). I'm pretty sure it was 9th grade too. It was probably a part of teacher's college back in the 80s.
I think they just want it over with now. It wouldn't shock me if this turned out to all be a dream of some bored lab guy who fell asleep at his terminal in some podunk town's sheriff's department.
Perhaps a Nissan Cube is to the gentleman's liking?
I got into them because I was big into the Man's Ruin catalogue back in the day. I think the Kyuss/QOTSA split was out before I heard that Kyuss had called it quits (internet access wasn't what it is today for me). Anyway, those three songs assuaged my fear that one of my favourite bands would completely vanish. There…
Based on their hair styles and sounds from the first couple of albums I would believe they named themselves after the car.
Pantera begat Lamb of God which begat Five Finger Death Punch. It's like a copy of a copy of a copy where the production value increases but the quality and authenticity of the music decreases.
That is going to make a mess. But I guess the seabirds are the least of our concern at this point.
For some reason? I loved them because it was a giant mutant lizard shitkicking all over Tokyo and amongst other giant mutant beasts.
Anthrax and Judas Priest for me. Sure, they were both a little past their prime but it was the tour with both bands' reunited lineups back in 2006 I think so what are ya gonna do?
