Nah, just English prononuciation.  To our ears, the way Americans emphasize the 'on' ending of words like Amazon, Pentagon sounds really odd.  We say 'Amazun'.  Dunno why, but we do.  So don't criticise her for pronouncing the word as it is properly pronounced in the UK.
