One Complaint
I thought this one was terrific. My only complaint was Priya not making more of the element of surprise. Marching there unarmed, it was her only advantage. Smash him with a bottle, go for an eye, SOMETHING before he knows what's going on. It almost seemed like she was TRYING to get herself killed.

I just watched that episode of Mr. Show the other night! It's the very first one.

Meh. Fuck Kerouac. Wasn't it that hot brunette from Freaks and Geeks who once said, "that's not writing, that's typing?"

I really WANTED to like this show. It didn't work. Unfortunately, for reasons beyond my understanding, my girlfriend likes it so I can't take it off the DVR schedule. She looked at me after watching this week and said, with a straight face, "that wasn't a very good episode." I wanted to shake her. It was JUST

Yeah, I watched Hey Dude all the time and definitely recall it being sub-par compared to Pete & Pete or Clarissa Explains it All. I guess it couldn't have been that bad though since, like I said, I watched it all the time.

I used to watch the Super Mario Bros. Super Show EVERY DAY before school. This makes me sad.

Wait, I know we're REALLY getting Charlie at some point. Are we getting Omar too? I don't usually watch the Next On.

That makes you part of the problem, CFA. You'd better start watching Dollhouse.

I like to play drinking games with The Jay Leno Show. If you take a shot every time Jay Leno sucks you win a free ambulance ride!

I know when Uncle Jack popped up way back in "Charlie Got Molested" he was played by Charlie Day in a fake mustache. I couldn't tell for sure if that was the case here or not and IMDB doesn't even have an entry for this episiode. Anybody?

I've seen two, Envy and The Whole 10 Yards, both on HBO while bored in a hotel room. I talked myself into Envy with "hey, it's Jack Black and Ben Stiller, how bad can it be?" The logic with TW10Y was similar, "the first one was pretty good, how bad can it be?" BAD. In both cases.

As do I. This was a decided improvement over the first episode, but still… Danson and Galifinakis are distressingly underused.

I'm very curious how the pacing of this show will work. Will they attack it like Lost, where each season is only a handful of weeks in the overall scheme of things? Or will we hit April 30, 10pm sometime towards the end of this season and have to reboot for a potential season two?

I think that might have been the point of Captain Apollo. A progression from self-important bitch to someone you can actually respect. I could be wrong.

When Fred and Faith ALMOST made out in that scene I shouted "BUFFY-GASM!!" My girlfriend didn't think it was funny.

They can't actually KILL Whiskey, unless they mean to completely write off Epitaph One. She's a pretty key player, 20 or so years down the line. They could write her out, I suppose, which they might have done tonight. Maybe she drives all night and never comes back.

I knew from some of the special features on the BSG dvds that Jamie Bamber is Brit. I didn't know Alexis Denisof was an American until I looked him up tonight. He's from freakin' Maryland! He fakes a British accent pretty damn well, if I do say so.

They have knowledge of each other in the past in the sense that Topher programed Whiskey to be a sort-of-clone of the real Dr. Saunders who was, I think, a dude.

I sincerely hope that you are wrong, Kodiak. This show just keeps getting better and better. I was disheartened to hear that the DVD sales were not as solid as had been expected. Not a good sign.

I never entirely understood the hate for Topher in the first place. He's definitely taken it to eleven in these past three episodes (Epitaph One included).
