His Orson Welles character was delightfully strange, and I hope he comes back. If the episode didn't work, it was because of Pam Murphy's character's obnoxious voice.

That episode wouldn't have been nearly as good if Scott was healthy. You could tell going in that he had asked Nick to take control of a bit whenever appropriate, and Kroll seemed more than happy to oblige.

Oh man, I hadn't even considered the Eddie Pepitone eps, both of which are outstanding. I'd probably lean towards Tommy the Teamster as my favorite ("We put on some Emerson, Lake & Palmer, and then it's like 'hey, where'd all the ball bearings go?'"), but they're both great.

See below for mine…which also happen to include 71, 74 and 73. Good on ya.

Certain guests…Jessica St. Claire and PFT most notably…probably don't have any true Top 10 moments, but they're both beloved enough that I don't feel bad about their exclusion from this particular exercise.

A stone-cold classic.

If memory serves, that was the last half of Bill Carter. I think.

But the Mayor of Hollywood ep? Way below par for even an average episode, and way, WAY below par for a Mantz/Daly pairing. Bill Carter, Trainer for the Stars Seeking Stars.org was much better. Maybe because it didn't involve Choctaw and Mantzoukas shouting Daly down.

I'll say it: Zooey Deschanel is the funniest member of this cast.
