Man, that's easily one of my LEAST favorite Andy Daly characters. Hot Dog, Life of the Party Guy, Bill Carter - Trainer to the Stars Seeking Stars.org…ALL funnier than the Mayor of Hollywood bit. Didn't Aukerman and Mantzoukas spend most of that show shouting down Daly's character?
