Yep, it would've been perfect if Walt didn't find a way to get the money to his family. What better way to go out than him sad and angry while realizing that all of his work would be put to waste? The plane crash and the magnets thing were a bit too much IMO. The train heist was, too, but that one was simply a superb ep (although this and the magnets demonstrated Walt's hubris). The killing spree can be argued as such as well; but for some reason, I didn't mind that much.
