Damn it. That was the best part of my day.

Effy was perfect as the mysterious, silent, fourth-wall breaking little sister in the first two seasons. I found Tony and Effy's relationship touching—despite both their sociopathic tendencies, they truly cared about each other. While I understand what the writers were trying to do, making Effy the star of the show

Miley
I found her to be an oddly engaging presence. Sometimes her timing was a little off, but there was a moment when she was playing Bieber and answers if she likes the show with a "Yeah, we'll see" that was hilarious to me.

God, I wish they would dial him back even further. The character of Dwight is the only thing holding me back from consistently loving the Office, even in its later years. I don't understand the writers reasoning in having him be so cartoonish. Beet juice, really?

I can't help but laugh at Michael during that video. Carell plays it perfectly—stonefaced and focused on his magic. The third time he repeated the bird/wand trick, I was dying laughing.
