I guess I agree that they should have known better but the entire system is corrupt.

I really don't understand the whole concept of an internship. There's a minimum wage in this country, but somehow if you call them an "intern" instead of an employee you can get away with paying them nothing.

One of those Joe Kubert correspondence courses actually made me give up on being a comic book artists. 
The anatomy on one of my drawings was off. To demonstrate what was wrong with it, he put a piece of tracing paper over my drawing and redid it. The drawing took him 5 minutes to do and looked a million times better…

Does anybody else have a problem with Little Miss Sunshine being compared to Garden State in the "quirky for the sake of being quirky" category? I actually liked Little Miss Sunshine.

I like Kiss but… God, they really stick to that formula. Bluesy guitar riff, chugging bass, sex lyrics, and a chorus where they basically just shout the title of the song… and they've made a gazillion dollars just doing this over and over and over again.

I don't think that the word meal is necessarily the worst word in the world but when used in the context of sexuality, it's really gross.
