I said Dora the Explorer.

I'm the same way - I'll get on it very carefully and then stand stock still. I will stay over to the right but I'll be damned if I'm going to try to walk up the stairs, no matter who's honking at me from behind.

Seriously, you remember chapter titles?! Please tell me you looked that up. I can barely remember the names of the books (and I like the books).

I wanted Matt to win! I don't care for Alan and it seems like he's won more than one game by pure luck. But I got both the "blaze" and "eohippus" triple stumpers!

Upvoted for the Book of Bad Songs - I think I've read that 20 times and it still makes me laugh like a loon.

I swear I can't remember anything anymore but I blame it on all the songs I memorized in the 70s. My brain is stuffed with lyrics!

It's like a guided tour of my middle and high school years! I was really into a couple of these songs back then, esp. Seasons In The Sun and Indian Reservation. They both gave me chills. (I was a rather emotional person.)

I say wire with two syllables - I'm from nowhere in particular. But I have a Canadian mother and a dad from Mass.

They had Dunkin' Donuts across the street from each other!

When I moved to Dallas in 1976, the humidity levels were so much lower than now! It was much more dry heat like in Arizona or New Mexico. I'd move back if the weather was still like that.

Well. Yeah. That's true enough. I just don't like Houston's weather. It's way worse than Dallas.

Yes, we do.

Seriously?! Dallas is way better than Houston!

Not that kind of bangs. When the bangs are straight across, long, and are curled under, it's unflattering on just about anyone.

Some of us don't read Savage Love.

I actually caught a few minutes of this a couple weeks ago and I didn't recognize her as Bernadette either. Plus she didn't do the Bernadette squeaky toy voice in this either.

I was there too - I constantly see outfits that I wore back then when I watch it. (I graduated h.s. in 1979.)

Yeah, 10 or 15 years ago my books would have filled up that shed, but I've just moved too much and had to cut way back.

I remember from all the Enid Blyton books I read when I was younger that there were 3 terms, but I could never quite figure out when they started.

I took Financial Accounting online and it was a major mistake for me. I just didn't get it online. (Plus that year is when I found the AV Club, so basically the AV Club made me flunk out of grad school.)
