All Our Wrong Todays by Elan Mastai. This was one of those books where I'm never sure if I like it or not but I read it all the way through. It has to do with time travel and alternate realities but it's not written like hard SF. It's very casual. I think I would recommend it.

I was sick. My shoulder hurt all day Saturday from a cortisone shot on Thursday, and on Sunday I think something was wrong with my breakfast b/c I spent about 4 hours running to the bathroom. But I have a 4-day weekend next weekend!

I didn't know McBain's books were on Kindle Unlimited. I really wish there was a better search feature on KU - I have trouble sometimes finding anything and the recommendations list includes books I've already borrowed from KU. Why would I want to read them again??
