I could hear the song in my head but couldn't come up with the band.

Interesting. Thanks!

Is he even still around? I haven't seen him in ages.

So what are you supposed to do - let it smell your breath after every meal, or just when you're having problems? I need more info!

I like this show. It's cheesy, but I don't care. (I do wish he'd do something else with his hair, though.)

I swear I keep finding people to rent my extra room, but then they will have a dog. I have two deal-breakers: smoking and dogs.

Oh, I can top that! One day I started hearing really loud bangs in my bedroom and looked up and saw nails starting to come through my ceiling. I ran upstairs and said, what are you doing?!

I had to buy the first 15 (at 1.99 each) but the rest of the 37 (?) I got through Kindle Unlimited.

I have to live on the 1st floor because of my knees, and I can hear every footstep that Mr Stompy upstairs makes. I also hear every time he opens and closes his sliding glass door, which is several times an hour because he smokes out there. But I tell myself it's still better than someone with loud music or a barky

My roommate moved out and no prospects for another one yet. And my rent is going up in January. I can do it if I spend nothing on extras, but it's almost half of my take-home pay. And something will always pop up that I haven't budgeted for.

Still reading E.R. Punshon's 1930s mysteries - I think I only have one or two left. I'm also catching up on Charles Stross's Laundry Files series. My book club is reading 3 of Ken Liu's stories in The Paper Menagerie so I've been reading that as well.

The Logical Song - Supertramp
We Are Young - Fun
Earned It - Weeknd
Hearts A Mess - Gotye
She's So Cold - Rolling Stones (this song brings back so many memories!)

I came up with Ark but I don't know whether it was from the clue or from some long-forgotten piece of knowledge that suddenly bubbled to the surface.

I also thought that "Hancock" was not enough - they weren't asking for the name of the signer, they were asking for the name of the building.

I don't think of Harry, Ron and Hermione as chums. I haven't seen that usage since I last read an Enid Blyton book (or the original Nancy Drew books, for that matter).

What the fuck is wrong with you?

I know!

You, sir (ma,am?), are a national treasure.

I was a little surprised that Vicki didn't get Serengeti. Does she never watch nature documentaries?

Hell, I'll go to church every Sunday for all four years if God would make the electors choose Clinton instead of Trump.
