I read the new Anna Pigeon mystery, Boar Island. I'm trying to read Night Film by Marissa Peshl, but there are so many italicized words, seemingly at random, that I may not make it through. The Atrocity Archives by Charles Stross. Good 1st book in a series that I will probably go ahead and read, although he got very

That frittata looks delicious. I've never tried to make a frittata before but it looks fairly straightforward. (I don't know how to cook.)

My new roommate came home the other day with a huge box of eggs - like 50! I would never be able to eat 50 eggs before they went bad.

I think you might be, but there's nothing wrong with that.

This is stupid.

Centipede! The only game I was ever any good at.

I read 1632 and liked it, but the innumerable sequels kind of had a dwindling appeal for me. Too much war.

Have you read the Nantucket series by Stirling? I think that the first one is called Island in the Sea of Time.
