small gripe: why would they trot out the same flat impressions of Marion Cotillard and Lupita N'yongo when they could have actually used Melissa Villasenor for something?

I have to say that I really loved this episode. I thought they reads were super clever and even Valentina's off the wall random shit had me laughing. The looks were better than I've seen this season too. Not sure why the reviewer rated this so poorly.

sorry to be the bitch with no heart, but i find the heartfelt "workroom" moments to be so formulaic (Today's topic is…..Bullying!) The pulse episode was necessary and important and moving though.

Agreed about Sarah, it's like she's playing this game as someone who watches it from their TV and thinks they know what is going on but isn't quite sure. And she is getting SO much screen time. She will win, no doubt. Maybe against hmm….Michaela and Andrea? Andrea and Aubry? Troyzan and Tai? Sierra and Brad?
