You must really want to sound smart and like you really "get" comedy to watch the truly awesome Lookwell and be so far up your own ass that you accuse fans of wanting to sound smart and like they really "get" comedy.

Agreed on the Gil-Scott Heron album. Timeless already.

Fidel, the problem with that attitude is that, despite your (understandable) hate of their image, the Strokes wrote good songs. That first album might sound derivative to some but the songs are there, front to back.

Hazy memories of this for me too. Just before Halloween one year when I was in junior high, I left school early because I was sick and found this on vh1. I had no idea what it was nor had I ever heard of it before and it freaked me the fuck out. It's not scary, just odd. From the production values to the acting,

also, 1970s NYC.

This just made me sad
…that at some point in the future someone will explain why they want to time travel to 2010, describing all the cool things going on, and I'll realize I was doing this.

When you go to the bathroom you'll see a sign that says, "Gentlemen." Pay no heed, go right in. There's no sign that says "Scoundrels" on it.

Neytiri, I like watching Mission Hill when it's on in the middle of the night because it has some sort of weird sedative quality - maybe it's the colors or something - but I'm not sure if it's actually any good.

The first few seasons of KotH, when Mike Judge's humor and worldview still shine through, and his style of handdrawn animation is still around, is some great, funny television. The humor is really subtle but when it hits you, its hilarious. The last few seasons are boring death though.

Winnebago Man,

I feel like this is just an extension of the age-old complaint about girls just wanting to be friends. She thinks you're a nice guy but ends up all over the dumb, muscle-y jerk thing. She knows the right answer but picks the wrong one. Like everyone that sympathizes with Louie, I'm sure that must have happened to him

That's too bad because those gameboy sonic games, while infinitely better than the new games made by Sonic Team, still kind of suck. They never felt right, there were too many characters, and a lot of classic gameplay components were missing like the power-up boxes.

In a perfect world.
The Office ends at the end of this season. Jim does something stupid and Pam dumps him. Michael Scott leaves his job for a new life with Holly and gets his happy ending. Jim gets promoted to Michael's job. Pam transfers to another branch. Final shot: Jim finds Michael's world's greatest boss mug

If the drunk history movie is just fifty drunk history videos all strung together, then yes please make that movie.

It's weird because Lucky, with its very rigid premise and three camera set-up, is the kind of show I'd expect a guy to get on FX and Louie, a show that gives total freedom to C.K., seems like a show on HBO. It's like he did things in reverse.

I'll bet
that the posters and ads for these movies feature a lot of colored pencil.

(He ain't gonna) E-mail you no mo. E-mail you no mo. (He ain't gonna) E. Mail. You. No. More-or-or.

Even after seeing that clip, I can't believe it exists.

Anyone see JGL at the Inception premiere. Guy looked/dressed like the Riddler.
