zach galifianakis seems to get slightly fatter every time he's in something but I think he's just doing it for the funny. and it is working.

Radiohead is good for basically any kind of shitty weather.

Even though that band and song are completely shitty and should be destroyed, I never took the time to really stop and think about how funny and sad it is that one of those guys wrote the lyric, "amber is the color of your energy." But now I have so thanks Louis Canon.

It's weird because as blatantly summer-oriented as that album is, starting off with "constructive summer" and everything, I hadn't really thought of it as a summer album yet because I've only played it during the middle of winter so far. That will have to change during the next couple months.

Yeah I've always thought the Ramones felt like summer because those 60s groups that inspired them were so poppy and summery too. "Do you remember rock 'n' roll radio?" is another good one.

Weezer
Even though Pinkerton is their best album, Blue and Green have summer written all over them. Surf Wax America is a good example of this. And any other time of year, I find Green sort of boring and monotonous, but it works perfectly for summer driving.

easytoplease, it looked like conan almost teared up too, during his speech about watching carson as a kid. i think he even referenced it when he talked about what little kids would think of the tonight show host now. "why is she crying?"

Agreed with Kyle. Fallon doesn't seem like a douche despite the jarring amount of unfunny all over him and his show. He seems to be nice and care a lot about his gig as host. Some people can suck at what they do without being a douche.

I think the curved lines everywhere make it seem like a spaceship but the art deco stuff is great. The backdrop behind conan isn't as cool as the late night set, even though it's not bad. The neon colors are a lot like leno's old set which I always thought looked lame.

did the vocals seem really soft to anybody else? either the tonight show hasn't gotten the mix right yet or the tv I watched it on sucked.

Maybe I was just happy to have Andy back but I didn't find any part of the show with him annoying. And I liked his quip about selling all his Choco Taco stock.
