I made the mistake of watching the most sexually explicit episode of The Bridge (or maybe any cable tv show i've ever seen) with my very Midwest Conservative Mom and Dad last night.     It ended with a woman being banged on a desk yelling "Cum Inside Me!"   Not fun.  Not fun at all.

Yea, i'm hoping new Coens is not another "Simple Man".  I really thought that one was a dud. 

I loved The Suburbs too.  The lyrics in the title track were pure poetry.  Just really nailed what it's like to feel nostalgia for childhood.

I love Posehn.  I feel like he really articulated his hatred well this week.  My reaction to these lyrics was exactly the same.  Just really awful shit. 

Another story about the rap act with so much hype doing something "controversial(?)", yet who consistently put out mediocre music.   Does anyone actually listen to their shit, or do they just pretend they do in order to seem cool?  Their 15 minutes has turned into 2 extremely banal years.
