These films are alright, it's just that everytime i see Batman in a lit room I can't help but snicker.  The costume just always looks stiff and ridiculous.

Why is no one giving Radical Face's "Family Tree" any acclaim.  Easily, EASILY one of the BEST albums of they year.  And AV Club didn't even bother to review it.  How did such a great record slip under the radar?

The Laundromat
I saw this guy washing his own clothes at my local laundromat one evening. As he was folding, he was also holding court with what looked to be a few aspiring actors. Surreal.
Also saw Lauren Dean there one day doing the same thing. That wasn't quite as much of a shock.

I love this band, and they're amazing live, but I saw the Doolittle show a ways back, and the predictability of it all just made it so lackluster. They even opened with a couple B-sides which nobody seemed to know. Not really the best way to get the crowd goin. Overall, as great as this band is, not one I'd see…
