For the record: I pointed out that making Big Daddy a comic fanboy in the book is a rare occurence or Millar actually writing something interesting, though the execution still pretty much sucks. Like everything he writes.

That's because the best demo for disposable income these days are kids. No one over 15 (and I don't just mean physically) even cares enough to remember it other than to say "oh, that comic was made into a movie. Oh yeah."

KICK-ASS was terrible, juvenile, and just not fun as a balls out action movie. The Hit Girl fights are inventive and fun, but they were spoiled by showing the clips months early on the internet.
