Gotham (Fox). "Mad City: New Day Rising". Penguin consolidates power as he builds his campaign to be the mayor of Gotham. Meanwhile, Gordon turns Alice (the Mad Hatter's sister) into the GCPD for a bounty. Bruce and Alfred race to find Bruce's doppelganger after learning he has assumed Bruce's identity.

Fox only has one football game today, but in some markets, it's a late game. (Falcons v Broncos.) Kickoff is at 405pmET, so it probably shouldn't interfere with Bob's Burgers at 730pmET, but overtime could change that. Presumably they'd still show the entire new episodes of Bob's and Simpsons if that did happen,…

It's okay so far. There wasn't too much on the week it debuted and it's good enough I'll stick with it through the season. Good fight scenes and an interesting enough premise. I prefer this kind of thing to the melodrama-laden genre fiction on, say, The CW.
