Yeah it's sort of like saying that Jurassic Park had a realistic scientific premise. It doesn't, but that's not going to stop people, who have no understanding of science to say it does.

Phil Lord and Chris Miller have gotten a lifetime pass for me for the glorious, glorious creation that is emo Batman.
That song is still on my gym playlist. "80's movie opening themes" is a category of music that needs to be celebrated more.
Two weeks.
Okay, so creating a show that has more than 4 times the amount of rape than the books is what again??
I was with you. Until they made Felicity relate to her.
Agreed. Alasdair's post was spot-on.
Or just enjoy the show for what it is. If they want it to work out the way they want then they should write fanfic.
Really?? I only hope that exists because when Wells died, the show was still building a fanbase. Because one of my favorite things about watching the show is imagining what would have happened had Wells lived (seriously think about it, he was the perfect diplomat).
What I dislike about 'Game of Thrones' is its predilection towards violence against women. And the defense of "well its medieval times" — yeah it's not. It's fantasy. So saying women are subjugated is basically saying 'well in this universe, we wanted women to be subjugated.'
Yeah, it's been well-documented that she was killed off due to the actress' contractual agreement on another show.
I agree. Even Rothenberg promoted the Clarke/Lexa "ship." But this is why it's almost better for shows to exist without a social media presence. Because 'The 100' should not be about expecting things you want as a viewer to work out, it should be about the drama/surprise of the show on its own.
WELLS!!!!!!
Yes. You can tell the director came from Pixar because Woola is the warm, gooey, should be animated heart of the movie.
. . . and John Carter is like 3 directorial decisions away from a cult classic. It had Woola, who I loved.
Okay, let's look at pre-WW2 Germany for a model. To your explanation, due to the Versailles Treaty, the "empire" that was once Germany began to wane both in economics and infrastructure. Hitler, who barely had political credibility, began to exploit this state by saying it was the Jewish and other disenfranchised…
It's amazingly cheap compared to Anthropologie which has the same aesthetic though. I used to be obsessed with Anthro, now I barely shop there because there are so many sites like ModCloth that have come in and just done it so much better.
It's also difficult if you're tall. I love their stuff and their site (it's such a positive place to shop) — but there's not a single size there that I know will fit when it comes to dresses and skirts. Mostly I just buy their tunic t-shirts which are incredibly soft and cut well (I'm currently living in the moon…
Agreed. I actually think there's even empirical evidence that the current generation is always the most intelligent, just judging by literacy rates and etc.
Yes, and then he learns that dating football players and partying is no match for her true passion, which is to be a champion big wave surfer.
