Chaitress. Mennis. It writes itself.

No, hearing one of your most hated songs, would not help you in the slightest.

You can argue its merits on radio. But for karaoke, remember the lyrics:

I read an article recently where they were talking about singers. Apparently the big dramatic moments singers have is when they're trying to reach a high note, that effort is what a viewer responds too, not the actual hitting of a note (which makes sense because how many viewers out there actually know the musical

I don't want it to end. But yeah, 13 seasons would be perfect….

One of my favorite things about the show though is that it's not afraid to be local. The Romo thing as the first tattle-tale and Charlie's reference to when he didn't leave Philly felt like "we're here for you long-term watchers" moments, and I loved them for that.

I really do want it all to end with "let's go be with the gang." That line killed me. But I love how bold they were to use it now. This show is the best.

Ooohhh…. this makes me want some sort of "ship war" episode with Mac and Dennis on one side and Charlie and the Waitress on the other, with ship names and everything. And Dee/Rickety Cricket and Frank/Artemis coming in as dark horse candidates. Them openly acknowledging "ships" and going to town with the notion of it

I'm going to give this up to all those out there who want to do karaoke but feel they can't. This is something I learned a few years ago, when, for whatever reason, I kept getting dragged to karaoke bars even though I have no musical talent other than being a huge fan.

I weep for avclub has but one post with which to share the glory of the Tick coming back.

See also: Prometheus.

The only artist that gets to me on this category is Bob Seger because I think like an 1/8th of what he did is out there and available. No fun.

I don't see why Prince has to meet some notion of "commercial success" if he doesn't want to when all of his music and his movies (the majestic Purple Rain) are out there.

I'm a huge fan of the 1999 remake with Brendan Fraser. I'm a huge fan of Jake Johnson. I'm not a huge fan of Tom Cruise's acting but a huge fan of his taste-level, scripts and overall projects. I'm not sure what they're doing with this other than trying to lock me viewing this down, but they have now locked me down.

Good with animals!!

I ended up buying it on Amazon. No regrets. It's fantastic. I don't know if I'll be able to watch it with commercials.

Although his schedule just freed up . . . so maybe helloooo Joseph-Gordon Scissorhands.

Wait, Keanu Reeves wants to do a Cowboy Bebop movie? SPLOOSH.

The whole movie is framed around her being an ideal woman: everyone exists in comparison to her, she can take down Stuntman Mike, she's always shot in sunlight. And it works because she comes across as everything QT ever wanted his actors to be — cool as a cucumber, flawless in only their presentation, badass to the
