Dean was perfect first boyfriend/middle school/high school. Jess is perfect high school. Logan is perfect college. They even had the guy from One Tree Hill as her perfect rebound/random hook-up. That's what always bothered me about the series — Rory just always had the perfect 'in the moment' guy.

OOoooh good call on the mem card from the Playstation.

When I watched the YouTube clip, all I could hear was overproduction. She goes for it, but unfortunately, so does the band — and it's cacophony. I don't know if it was all planned or what-not but she does her best in the clip here.

Yes.

HUGE SPOILERS TOO.

Name one album without a dud.

This is a quote I always think about: "In my day, they wanted to be good actors. Now they want to be a business."

I haven't listened to 'Anti' but her back catalogue is worth it even if only to hear the progression.

SO AGREE.

I didn't mind the Diggle flashbacks because they were relevant and established necessary backstory with Andy. The island ones with the boring chick on the other hand ….

Why do people want her to be Oracle? I don't understand why that's a thing at all. Or why the show had to openly acknowledge that. Barbara Gordon is an amazing character in her own right but she's not Felicity. Nor is Arrow Batman. These two comics had wildly different philosophies — and as much as the tv show "Arrow"

She has serious definition in her upper arms. As a woman, I can tell you how much work that is. It's Michelle Obama level and that is tough. Respect Katie Cassidy. I may not love Laurel but I can appreciate the actress killing it.

In the late 90's, Marvel Comics was worth 3 million dollars. Now it's upwards of 3 billions. Same with DC.

I just don't think Amanda Waller has seen her day in adaptation yet.

You know I don't want Felicity to be a villain — but good God, Emily Bett Rickards could play a villain. That was amazing.

You remind me of the brain.
The brain of the power?
The power of voodoo.
Who do?
You do. You remind me of the brain.

Or The Stupendous Yappi!

I wonder how she found out what he was making. I want to believe it was Duchovny.

Didn't Wenders direct a film entirely about the isolation of angels who stalk the living so as to soak in their joy and desire but can't feel it for themselves? And one's attempt to overcome it?

Yep, luckily the Academy has grown a lot since then and has learned to respect and reward bold films like 'Do The Right Thing' . . .
