Betty's letter to Sally is in my top 5 TV moments of the year but I remain mixed on the last season of 'Mad Men' (even with Peggy and Stan).

I'm surprised 'Fortitude' isn't going to get love here.
I remember asking my parents if I could see the Grateful Dead and them saying 'no, you're too young, you can see them next year.' To which I said, in full melodrama, 'Garcia'll be dead then! I'll never hear Shakedown Street live'. He died around eight months later. That's right. Either I through a curse or my parents…
The repetition of the same general story was a great way to smash down the do nothing bitch character in old horror movies (first half) in favor of the self-sufficient badass woman capable of being seen (second half).

No wait, he exists!! I just thought it was a random joke they did in the credits!
Eastman. He came from the East to do battle with the amazinnnng Rando!!!
The non-scripted stuff Amell and Rickards do is kind of amazing. It was all over the episode. It's clear the actors are comfortable with each other but still, it's rare to see actors actually play a relationship so realistically tactile and intimate. I think that's why there's such a huge following for them online —…
It was actually foreshadowing for Laurel's death. His whole 'I don't know what I'd do if something were to happen to you' is kind of huge because it says we could get dark-timeline Lance. Which would be especially impactful now that he's dating MamaSmoak and has his own little side story going on.
This was the first episode where they actually laid track for it to be Laurel. All of her speeches and her interactions with Lance had tinges of foreshadowing. Also Lance got himself a love interest and a side-plot that could be big later on.
Yeah the entire episode was about their engagement, not the epic and tragic death of a major character. She's going to live.
This show is getting out of control with it's non-deaths. Felicity, the entire cast, Ray, Sara. It's been non-stop this first half of the season.
Super Kaufman. Even outside the whole identity thing, and it being easier to solve others problem than your own, there was the fact that the best way for him to actually feel like a hero, in reality, was just to do what fictional heroes do — perform an eye-catching feat and get the girl.
Yep, that scene and then the haunted house episode were what hooked me on the show.
Sidebar: I highly respect Seinfeld's cameo choices. 30 Rock, Louis, Inside Amy Schumer, MST3K. He wears comedy royalty well. Now can he be some distant relative of Abbi on 'Broad City'?
Yeah honestly I think my favorite moment of the episode was Felicity saying 'I don't see why we can't have a life and Arrow-stuff' only for it be immediately followed by the clack clack of gunfire over their goofy smiles. That contrast is everything right now.
Kishamah blammy blammy
God I love Wentworth Miller and Mark Hamill . . . just slay boys, SLAY.
