Wow
ES: Well, this whole world doesn't really feel like reality. It never has. As much as I try to be present, it just doesn't really feel like reality. It feels like a fleeting thing. I'll remember this time and look back on it fondly, but I don't expect it to last forever. There's a million other incredibly

They've actually been fairly open about that in interviews and pre-show materials. I was fascinated to see how they'd pull that off without it seeming forced or over the top. It wasn't though. It was amazing.

High-five Kenny!

I had it on a trip to San Diego. People kept saying "I can't believe you've never tried PinkBerry!" and I had to keep reminding them that not only do they not have PinkBerry in Canada they don't have it most places in the US. It was good but I personally didn't find it to be that much better than most other frozen

Tessler
In the Seinfeld pilot Kramer was named Kessler. I am definitely reading something into nothing but that was my first thought.

Richard Lewis
In the past I haven't loved Richard Lewis as much as some of the other supporting players but he is amazing this year. You can tell too because Larry routinely cracks up at what he says.

I'm latching myself to this firstie. Call it a chat and cut.

I think Rex summed it up best in this episode.

"You know, every year Torchwood has become something a little different than it was before. It's still sci-fi, but it doesn't just deal with spaceships and aliens all the time, because we've done that. Our science fiction is more psychological. Our sister show, Doctor Who, is the one that does that: talking cats and

Barrowman said somewhere there will be no strong sci-fi element this season. It was in an interview with NYMag, I'll try and find it.

Voiceover
Friday 11:38PM GMT:

@JokerValentine Tim Gunn said it right to Oliver in the workroom.

Like they said, the issue wasn't just that he used a conventional material, it was that he used it in the most conventional way. Olivier did something mildly interesting with the fabric and then paired it with something very unconventional.

"It definitely seems like they want every show to be a hit or else "eh, fuck it." Which makes their renewal of the awful Workaholics even more puzzling. If any network knows how to pull the plug on a show right quick, it's Comedy Central."

Bottom Two
Really, Bryce wasn't even bottom two? When everyone on the panel unanimously agreed that he had produced the worst garment by a long shot? I knew Josh C. was going home twenty minutes into this James Cameron length show but I was certainly expending them to at least try and put some fear into Bryce.

Oliver (I'm opting out of the other I)
I hate to pick on him so much (not really) but this line:

Ha! Nice.

I think the cap on it was when he was asked to host SNL and a couple of the cat members refused to go up that week. Eventually as much as people loved hearing dirty endings to Nursery Rhymes and watching the crazy ways he could smoke cigarettes political correctness became too big to ignore.

@Andrew Ryan: Please go watch this clip…

"I dunno if he backed Gallagher into a corner, really. Maron's not really interested in confronting people about their shit, he's more interested in exploring it."
