Boyd's new boss has just beaten out Ava as the new Hottest Woman On Justified; on a show where every single woman in the cast is just insanely fucking hot.
I think the concept of a firm 'cut-off' point is misleading, as things rarely become instant cult fodder upon release. Some movies will take longer than others to attain this status, so some can be older than entries in the Danny Peary books without issue.

Sounds like it was written by Nathan Barley:
I saw 'Paul' a few weeks ago when it was released in the UK. I wouldn't say it's a stonewall classic a la "Shaun", but there's definitely enough to keep yer average geek entertained for a couple of hours.
Thank you sir - you're a star
A bit off topic, but can anyone help as this is driving me mental: was that fella who took the shock-prod to the plums played by the same guy who played the escaped convict/bass player from Season One Episode 2? He is listed as Douglas Cooper for the latter at imdb, but the role in last night's episode isn't listed at…
Good job again Todd, especially on the point of pop-culture references: I hadn't seen Mulan in 2001, and ten years on the specifics of the reference are still an absolute mystery to me. However it's the fact that Daisy is telling the story as if it happened to a friend of hers, then gets rumbled, then admits to it -…

I believe the fella with the strong jawline and concealed forehead is Brett; aka "Ad-ops heartthrob Brett"; aka "The white Chang"; aka "Whang". His hair seems to have become rather less manageable since the days of 'The Great Gummi-Off'.
Banksy is… A Carrot!
"Distracting Boss" I think has that beat; if only for Mark Heap's incredible medieval player-like skills:

As far as the series' arcs of quality, most folk I know agree that the first series is clearly better than the second, but the second contains the best single episode.
On a seperate note, I hear up-and-coming comedian Amking Jokes may be hosting the Golden Globes next year.
Ricky Gervais never said the HFPA wanted him back - he said the producers of the TV show based around the awards asked him not to rule out a third stint. Of course they did: it's viewing figures that matter to them, not whether some bloke in a tux is amking jokes about Angelina Jolie's cavernous vagina or whatever.
The main factor in Judd Apatow's success in comedy is and has always been nepotism.
According to my Grandad who saw him play, Hughie Gallacher was an immensely talented fella:
