I think I remember reading that Nygma's development into The Riddler was going to take up bit of next season (God help us all). So I don't know if Arkham's in his immediate future.
Stabbing the man right in the street in front of his girlfriend's house and then just standing there giggling like a clown? Luckily for Nygma, the GCPD is as inept as it is corrupt, but I thought he had a touch more class in dispatching his enemies.
