I like Bart's…I like Bart.
I like Bart's…I like Bart.
I'd like to know if there's any chance Benny can fight his way out of Purgatory and into Heaven (and, by extension, whether there's any means of exiting Heaven and ceasing to be conscious according to the natural order, but that would be a longer-term arc for the show to take; I'm not any more comfortable with…
Correction of the reviewer: The demon tablet that can seal the gates of hell forever is not being searched for in this episode. It was already found several episodes ago and is in Kevin's possession; that's how Sam and Dean learnt the first trial. The fact that there is an angel tablet was established several episodes…
This speaks to a lingering question I have about the nature of Supernatural's afterlives: is there a way out of them beyond 'back to Earth'? All of the afterlives in Supernatural operate under strict control of sentient beings - heaven a perpetual individual happy memory, comparable to the Matrix, controlled by…

Are you sure you're not confusing Dean with Jensen Ackles? It would be understandable if you were. Look at how often Dean confuses reality with porn, for example.
Dear Sam, I know that you mean well, and you did recognise which sport it belonged to, but it's a cricket 'bat', not 'mallet'. You're confusing it with 'croquet mallet.' Sincerely, an English Supernatural viewer. Also I didn't get the joke re: 'that image is seared into my retinas'.

Sam wasn't being very niece in this one.
I'm not quite sure I understand your POV here, Zack. A House/Cuddy relationship would be crap, you say. But why? Either I'm having a bad inference day or you were having a bad implication one. Could you spell it out for me please, because, no disrespect, I've reread your points and I don't understand the semblance of…
So what you're saying is 'meet the new antagonists, same as the old antagonists'?
I find it helps in questions of stereotyping/prejudice in media if you assume on principle that every unfortunate implication is unintentional. It helps soothe the psyche if you only object to stuff that is obviously prejudice and give the benefit of the doubt to stuff like a woman cleaning a house.
I live in the UK where gun control is so tight that gun massacres are maybe a once-in-a-decade event; I remember two separate incidents about five years ago, despite the above average, and both of those guys were wanted by the police for a while, their faces all over the national news and whatnot. However, I couldn't…
Maybe they should consider hunting in Canada instead. It would make the outdoor sets more accurate.
I'm not the kind of woman who tends to socialise; I seem to lean on old familiar ways; and I ain't no fool for love songs that are whispered in my ears.
What the heckarooney is this, Mr. Kaiser?
Disco Stu can doodoo but Gerald Ford isn't bored.
I do own both.
Do you think 'The Colour of Magic' is the best place to start with those? I own it, and I love Pratchett's work in general (the Bromeliad and Johnny trilogies; his ongoing Long Earth series with Stephen Baxter; Nation), but I've never been able to get into it. I have a similar problem with Game of Thrones. It all…
If from now on I have a problem with a review, I'm going to start off with 'Dear reviewer, I have the following problem', because talking about the reviewer as though behind his/her back has disturbed me in retrospect. So: Dear Mr Wilkins, I will next time do that.
