I think Erik needs to fix his P.o.I. summary. When it says "charged" I don't think it means lawfully accused, I think it means  that he is charged as in the number chooses it and he is responsible.

I'm glad it was the first time we got to see the ex Green Beret bodyguard in action. It was a good use of the apartment too.
