I do agree that the show needs to step up to keep my interest, but I'm amused by it, so it gets a pass for now.

Saying you'll be surprised by who Elizabeth Olsen turns out to be or that it deals with taboos like incest kind of give it away. At least, from reading this I would know the big 'twist' before the movie ended.

Really? If CSI finds pollen from a rare flower that only grows in one location in a victim's nose or 'enhances' a 200 dpi landscape photo to see a criminal's fingerprints that's good drama. But SHIELD's tech is cheating? :)

Perhaps, but I don't think that's an indication of its quality. This is a better procedural than CSI or NCIS or whatever. I thought the effects in the fights last night were great. It was like they were fighting Nightcrawler and it was awesome.

Stop not being 2nd Season and on Buffy or Firefly or any other beloved Joss show.

It was just too broad for my tastes. I never saw BlackAdder 5, but Hugh Laurie in 3 and 4 was genius and made those seasons.

I'm sorry, but Mr. Bean is overrated. There are some funny bits, but the schtick wears thin. Give me Blackadder any day for my Rowan Atkinson fix. Or Not The Nine O'Clock News. THOSE are classics of British comedy.
