The money is in getting it to the States. The violence is in illegal drugs in Mexico. Mexico legalized it all and the cartels have no power because EVERYONE can buy drugs and smuggle them North. You, me. Anyone.
My guess, though, is that the US has told Mexico that the border will be closed tight if they ever do

I'm a big fan of simple solos. I Wanna Be Sedated's one note solo is perfection to me. Other classics include Neil Young's Cinnamon Girl and Catherine Wheel's Girl Stand Still.

Also, yes…sometimes it's not good. But lots of these genre shows suck at first. Early ST:TNG? Male miniskirts. Early Grimm? Why can't I just have the Munroe show? Early Fringe? Early Buffy? Early…basically everything. Some shows start strong right off the bat (Orphan Black, Defiance somewhat), but most take 6

That's my point. This isn't Thor. It's not Iron Man. Let it be it's own thing.
But, I hear you say, it's set in the same universe. It must be compared. Okay, then please preface every review of every show with how it compared to St. Elsewhere and I'll be quiet.

Mexico needs to legalize drugs to stop all this.

I wish people would review the show they saw and not the show they wished they saw. What! No Thor or 100 million dollar effects? Fuck this crappy show!

I thought I saw a male sexbot at the club. At least, it was a muscular guy in a mesh shirt. Could be wrong.
Also, and I could be way off here. His partner's wife was average height, with brown eyes and hair. Maybe the boy isn't his partner's son at all. Dun dun duuuun.

I'm sorry, but the line "This simulation brought to you by your brain; a subsidiary of your penis" was a very funny line delivered perfectly.

Well that's only because black people aren't allowed in Middle Earth.

Good point. I still think Zoe is too obvious a choice. Unless they introduce a new character, it has to be…wait, it's Queenie. It has to be. Don't know why I didn't see it before. There's a war starting between Salem and Voodoo. Queenie is a daughter of Salem, but she's black and the distinction between Salem

Zoe as the supreme is too easy. This show can pull a 180 faster than anyone, so don't go on the evidence so far. My guess is Misty or Nan. Nan because no one would suspect her, but she's actually been 100% on the money with everything this season. We have to see what the seven wonders are.

Perhaps not literally, but yes.

So it was a 'you drink so much you're jaundiced' kind of hyperbole?

Could she mean yellow/cowardly?

They flew him in.  He thought it was another Marvel movie.  Look, we're trying to do an artsy, low-key Wolverine movie.  Can you Whedonize this for us?

Littlefinger because he's not deluded as to what he does.  He knows he's doing evil.  He's not a monster like Joffrey, but a conniving, clever man who uses his wits to get exactly what he wants no matter what the cost to others.  That sounds very like WW to me.  At least WW didn't try to screw both the wife and

Look, all I'm saying is that in the trailer Gyllenhaal introduces himself as Detective Loki.  If it turns out he's the bloody kidnapper after all then they suck at subtlety and I win at movies.

Having just watched the show, and not read the books, I could be missing something here…but isn't Littlefinger as big a, if not a bigger cunt than WW?

I'm shocked they have two female latin characters.  One would fill quota on an NY cop show, but two?  It's like you don't even care about ethnicity and are just looking for good characters.  I guess that's how they roll in the Nine Nine.
