Just rewatched this episode. When Jeff and his former boss had a handshake and it made a "flop"-sound i literally cried from laughing. Also, why i this not an A?

Well, that doesn't seem correct to me. First of all, if I got that right, Parish wants to kill at least millions, if not billions, of human beings in order to have enough resources - he also sacrificed one of his dearest peers to accomplish that.
Rosen doesn't want to protect the system, he wants to integrate Alphas

I don't care much for Paul Rudd (and I already said that in the season finale's discussion), but he killed in P&R. He should win the award.
I can't say anything about those Girls-Actresses, Cannavale was fine I guess, Kathryn Hahn was clearly overshadowed by Rudd's performance and Justin Long was pathetic.

I was recently rewatching The Office (and this particular episode) and I'm sorry I don't get how Amy Ryan hasn't been in more episodes. I really don't get it, she's an amazing character, has had dynamite chemistry with Carell from the beginning and she's only in for like 10 episodes or so over the course of 4 seasons?

If at anytime Andy leaves the show (which I presume won't happen hopefully), please make Bobby Newport a series regular. Nay, make him a series regular anyhow.
I never cared much for Paul Rudd but he does an awesome job in season 4.
Both of these guys are doing a really great job playing stupid! You don't see that

Although not everything has worked quite as well this season, this still is a pretty dean good season!

I really enjoy how the show socializes or even humanizes April (who is my secret Parks&Rec MVP). But I hope the writers are giving her a really really really hard time to change, because that development would be a thing I would be very interested in. Also I hope the show maintains April's basic character. I thought

(At first I want to excuse myself for the mistakes I'm going to make as I'm not a native speaker) Coinidentally today I was watching the new MF with Claire's city council election and the Community episode, since I'm recently rewatching Community (as most of you guys probably already have done at least once).

Decent episode.
I liked how just in the moment when Ted says he doesn't want things to change up as much he flashes the wedding ring..
