The actress playing Molly is Nina Arianda, who was in the Broadway play Venus in Fur with Hugh Dancy from 2011-2012. She won a much deserved Tony for her performance.

I totally agree, although she is a pretty poor substitute for Busy Phillips - who is actually funny and really good at being the mean girl. For me, Sadie is by far the weakest part of the show.
