i think i could get behind '84.

fuck all you haters.

hmmm that's kind of interesting that everyone is going with '83 as the classic 80's year.

good call. The man had "two turntables and a microphone."

Tom Green's also apparently huge with the juggalo set, but don't hold that against him.

yeah I hate to say it but I think you people are seriously underestimating the death of nu-metal.

I dunno.. I think Beaucoup Fish holds up pretty well… but not quite as good as Second Toughest in the Infants… personally I always thought dubnobasswithmyhead was (slightly) overrated in comparison to their other stuff…

it's a starchy vegetable.. so technically it can count as either a grain or a vegetable.

i have to admit I love me some Len too. Just read Raymond's description. I never understood why that band got so much hate. How can you hate any band that does a song with Biz Markie?

yeah treerol is a tool…

the whole garage rock revival didn't really do much for me, but I do love the first Strokes album though. The second one was pretty good too, I thought. Never heard the third one, but that seems to be pretty much par for the course.

Yeah Mechanical Animals is great. That's the one that won me over as I wasn't a fan of his cover of "Sweet Dreams."

in all fairness though, that was a hell of a puppet show.

A bit late here… but I'd also have to go with Radio Bart. For some reason I thought it was a Season 2 episode.

sounds like somebody's got a case of the mondays

what about the hatchet job that was This Is Spinal Tap?

yeah I guess dog-related SPOILERS on the comment above.

the irony is it's such a great smokin' song too…

why wouldn't you just carry them down the stairs? assuming they're not lardasses that is.

apparently nobody shaved either back then… from what I hear… I was just a baby.
