Well, Sniegoski wrote that Stupid, Stupid Rat Tails book, and I really enjoyed that. So this isn't that big of a shock, and in fact gives me reason to get excited.

Bone starts out as a pretty simple book for all ages, and it has a lot of charm in the simplicity of it's drawings and the sweetness of it's humor. As it goes along, the story becomes much deeper(and darker), so that by the end you've gone through this epic, sweeping fantasy.
I'm curious about that, too. Smith is pretty lax at meeting his deadlines(how many years had they been advertising his Shazam series?), which I never have a problem with, because it's always worth it, and he puts a lot of effort into everything.
What…?
Music? Taste test? Show biz book club? Nashville or bust?
Obligatory Liefeld Story
OK, this didn't happen to me, and this seems like it might be untrue, though I have no real reason to think that, the source is reliable.
Wow`
This sounds excellent, although I'll have to wait for some sort of video release to get to it. I've only ever seen This Is England by Meadows, and I can see your complaint about his films. I thought that films story was, well, cliched, but the moments between the gang members, specifically before the crazy racist…
I am so happy that I got to see him, back on the Heathen tour. An underrated album. The show was excellent, during sunset at The Gorge, and he performed some Elvis songs, too!
BACON!
I'm making bacon right now, actually. I love bacon.
Whoah, thanks, Shue. Can't believe I missed that myself… I'll be getting that when I get home tonight, and with persistence I will possibly be able to join in by the end of the week.
*sigh*
I wasn't able to track down a copy of this one, so it totally sucks that I wont be able to join in on these discussions. I do have it on order at B&N, so eventually I'll come back and read all these cool posts.
Jeeves
I bought The World of Jeeves last year and went through it fairly quickly; the stories were the perfect length for a 15 minute break at work. I was surprised at how enjoyable and breezy they were.
I'm a bit confused… what does the Dread Zeppelin reference have to do with this article?
Clueless Neophyte, you totally should. Seward is, in the summer months, a very beautiful little town. Nothing to do, but some great restaurants and good scenery. Ignore your proximity to Palin(she'll be hundreds of miles away… probably).
What the!? Is there someone else here from Anchorage? I was just going to ask that. Ironically, of course, because why the hell would anyone come way up here, right?
No way, I bought Suikoden 2 when it came out, and then waited while I played part one again to make sure I had every single character. And then, discovering late in the game that I had missed recruiting one and could do nothing to save my sister from death… that was a harsh lesson.
I would love another Suikoden game. I've played those first two several times, and take great joy in seeing their prices soar on ebay, cause I got mine, and I'm keepin' em.
Holiday Spice
Oh man, sign me up for demanding the return of Holiday Spice. I'm not enough of a fanatic to buy expired six packs, but I sure did love that shit. I didn't know it was only released in test markets, we don't normally get that stuff up here in Alaska.
Oh man, I remember those black box words. Took me awhile to realize what the hell that last line meant.
Pikmin
This game sounds awesome, and I'll definitely be checking it out soon. It sounds a bit like Pikmin, which I also loved. Mainly in the 'tossing minions whose differing colors denote different abilities' area.
Ant Man was awesome. That and Nextwave made my month worth living while they were coming out.
