Walt killed, directly or indirectly, so maybe Dirt bike Kid for Christmas
past and Tuco for Christmas future.  Jesse is Bob Cratchit obviously—with Brock, made lame from the ricin berries, as Tiny Tim.  I don't have
any good ideas for Christmas…
