Generally speaking I did not enjoy this episode but I was happy to see Ron Lynch get some screen time. That's Mr. Lynch from Home Movies. He did a part in a live Dr. Katz performance at the Portland Comedy festival last year and was hilarious… I think it was pretty close to a character he did on the original Dr. Katz

I grew up in Tulsa, and saw Weird Al play the Brady when I was about 10 years old in ~1993. It was my first concert. I dont think I went to another concert until a few years later when I saw Beck at 'EdgeFest' during his Odelay tour. That was the first and last time I crowd surfed and I can still remember it vividly.

From what I hear Christian Bale does an excellent job of playing characters that berate the people who work for him.

I did feel like this is one of the weakest episodes of this season.. which is weird because I was at one time a huge ZG fan and my wife is a huge jenny lewis fan so it should have been great. neither of them seemed to offer much to the episode though.

This is clearly a black and white issue.

I've been to two of Todd Barry's crowd work shows in SF over the past couple of years, neither which were taped. I'll go on record as saying that 95% of both shows was rock solid comedy. I'm glad the AV club pointed out how nice Todd Barry actually was to everyone. The first show I saw he had a running gag were he
