I agree. If Robert California and Nellie had been realistic bosses who were kind of cold and not very fun, I think season 8 would have turned out A LOT better, California especially.

Maybe they can bring some of those folks back. That'd be sweet. Get Michael Schur and Larry Wilmore to write some more episodes.

I agree. I think the show last year was decent. Granted, there were some serious issues, like the lack of coherent story-arcs, but ah well, it was funny, and that's what I want. Do I think they could have done it better? Yes. For the most part, it was lazy. I've heard it compared to "The Simpsons" a lot; the new…

I think ''Office'' fans have a tendency to forget that the show started to drop in quality during season six. The whole "Steve Carell is gone and that is the only reason why the show is garbage" mentality is flawed, because, S6, 7, and 8 all were not that great, but 6 and 7 didn't seem that bad just because Carell was…

I got into ''The X-Files'' later, but I love season 6 and 7. I think they have some of the best stand-alones and the story arcs are (mostly) all wrapped up nicely. Plus, I love "Arcadia" and "Triangle".

There are some darker episodes, like "Tithonus" and "Milagro", which, I think, are arguable some of the show's best "darker" episodes.

I completely agree with this review. The episode wasn't perfect comedy (Like "Bad Blood") but it was rather funny and didn't matter at all (what with the "the day that never happened" thing). I enjoyed it. I agree that dragging it out into a two-parter was silly.

Season 8 gets a lot of crap only because Duchovny left the show. Granted that did stink, but I felt the series held its own for at least that year. Then it went to shit in season 9.

"Orison" gets a lot of crap because of the ending. But if you look at it in a purely psychological way, I think (Spoiler!!!) Scully would have done that no matter what.

Maybe I'm just weird, but I love season 6 and 7 of ''The X-Files'': They're my favorite seasons. Granted some of the stand-alones blew ("Fight Club" anyone), but those aside, there were a good chunk of funny and interesting episodes (mostly thanks to Vince Gilligan). The show should have ended after season 7, as was…

I had no clue what that was about. Was it really that hard to film in front of a random front yard?
